Private Yoga Lessons

Private Yoga Lessons at home help increase balance, body awareness and co-ordination. Through one of our expert RTG Yoga Instructors you can develop a strong, toned and flexible body, all under the comfort of your own roof. Reduce stress and feel happier with improved concentration – you truly will feel good inside and out!

Yoga is for everybody – there are no stipulations on age, sex, size or flexibility. The point of yoga is to reconnect you to the deepest part of you – so you feel balanced and in control. Yoga lessons at home is a fantastic exercise – both mentally and physically. Importantly- private lessons help you achieve your goals – lose weight, get strong, and feel confident.

What To Expect

As your private yoga lesson providers we are here to set and work through a routine with you. Return to Glory works for busy people – we fit around your life and ensure you achieve the routine and goals you have in your mind. Discuss with us in advance what you want to achieve from your training and how often you want your sessions. We book private yoga training sessions once a week, twice a month or every day – it’s entirely up to you.

You can alternate your personal trainers and the disciplines you wish to practice. The goal is to keep you on track and making progress. We bring everything with us to your home for your private personal training sessions; however for your own comfort it is always easier if you are having regular sessions to invest in your own pilates or yoga mat. Feel free to rebook at the end of each training session or save by booking a course of five or ten home training sessions in advance.

The Admin

  • Payment is taken in advance by credit/debit card or by quoting your RTG gift voucher or package code.
  • Please note 48 hours notice of cancellation or time change is required.
  • Please note that late evening/early morning private yoga lessons will incur an additional after hour fee of £15 (before 7am and after 9pm).
  • Yoga appointments outside London’s M25 are charged at 40p per mile.
  • If at any time during your appointment you would like to extend your session please just ask your therapist.
  • At the end feel free to put your next session in the diary with your therapist and they will update us directly to book this in.
  • For insurance purposes we have to explain to all male clients that RTG is a professional service and must not to be confused with one of a sexual nature. We hope you understand the requirement to note this point.

Mymuna was FANTASTIC! not only did I feel energised after the 90min session I felt calmer and ready to tackle the world. She is highly qualified and adapt every single pose according to me and not the fact that I'm a beginner (my flexibility varies depending on the area). This made the lesson more relevant to my needs. Last week I was a yoga novice but I was interested in beginning. I was however really nervous about my first experience being a big class with others more advanced than me and not being able to keep up so I booked a private session. Best decision I ever made - they sent me Imogen. We've now had 4 sessions together. She is a wonderful teacher! Patient, calming and encouraging. I thought yoga was just about peace - but I sweat, move and push myself. And the next day my body feels different - not the intense pain of going to the gym but definitely like I did something, worked something. I'm not a person who loves exercise - but I haven't cancelled a session yet and in fact I look forward to them because I know I will end feeling good about myself, calm, centred and positive. I notice changes for the better in my outlook and attitude on the days I do yoga that I can only describe as serenity. Don't worry that you can't do it and you're not flexible - if Imogen can teach me I'm sure she can teach you!
