Personal Training one-to-one sessions with Return to Glory’s expert trainers can help get you back into shape from the very first appointment. Our dedicated team of private personal trainers structure goal-driven routines to suit your pace. If you would like private personal training every day, every week or every month, we can design a plan for you.

With in home fitness you can work out at a time and place that suits you, providing a regular training routine that will give structure and the motivation you need to reach your personal fitness goals. Each exercise programme is tailored to get the results you need.

What To Expect

As the team who deliver expert home personal training daily to hundreds of repeating London Clients we are here to help work through a personal training routine with you. Return to Glory works for busy people – we fit around your life and ensure you achieve the routine and goals you have in your mind. Discuss with us in advance what you want to achieve from your training and how often you want your sessions. We book private training sessions once a week, twice a month or every day – it’s entirely up to you.

You can alternate your personal trainer and the disciplines you wish to practice. The goal is to keep you on track and making progress. We bring everything with us to your home for your private personal training sessions; however for your own comfort it is always easier if you are having regular sessions to invest in your own pilates or yoga mat. Feel free to rebook at the end of each training session or save by booking a course of five or ten home training sessions in advance.

Personal Training Services

  • Payment is taken in advance by credit/debit card or by quoting your RTG gift voucher, subscription or package code.
  • Please note 48 hours notice of cancellation or time change is required.
  • Please note that late evening/early morning personal training appointments will incur an additional after hour fee of £15 (before 7am and after 9pm).
  • Appointments outside London’s M25 are charged at 40p per mile.
  • If at any time during your appointment you would like to extend your personal training workout session please just ask your personal trainer.
  • At the end feel free to put your next session in the diary with your personal trainer and they will update us directly to book this in.

The training with Yan was outstanding! He really listened to what I wanted to achieve and composed a routine for me which was challenging, simple to follow, economical (easy to do in the back yard) and result driven. Yan gives you a routine which works on the entire body with a bit of cardio and strength work, he'll also focus on the areas which you feel you need to work on. I have been doing the routine for 4 days now and already feel a change in flexibility and energy levels. I can't wait to see the changes in my body in a few weeks time! Bring on the bikini season!!
